Pippi and Fox Holiday Craft Programme Terms & Conditions
Spaces are limited so please book early. Bookings close as maximum numbers are reached. If you have not received your confirmation by then, please contact us immediately.
We operate on a first paid, first served basis. An invoice will be issued to you after you submit an online enrolment, please follow payment instructions in your invoice. While your booking may be confirmed, your place will not be secure until payment is received.
Where a Parent/Caregiver wishes to withdraw or transfer a child from the Programme, written notice must be provided to the programme co-ordinator. If 2 weeks’ notice is provided a 100% refund will be given. If more than 2 days’ notice is given then a 50% refund will be given. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before booked activity; no refund will be given.
The programme runs from 8:00am to 5:00pm. In the instance that a Caregiver is going to be late please ring the facility to notify staff of a late pickup. A 10 minute grace period will be given in all late-pick up instances. If a child is not picked-up within 10 minutes of the conclusion of the programme a $10.00 late fee will be applied to help cover the cost of additional venue hire.
Please sign your child/ren in and out every day. This is an important safety procedure to ensure all children are accounted for at all times
Please ask your child/ren to leave their valuables at home as neither the programme nor the staff can take responsibility for them if they are broken or lost.
Your child will need to bring their own morning tea, packed lunch, snacks and drink bottle. Please note we are a nut-free programme.Children will not have the opportunity to leave the venue to purchase food.
Please ensure that your child/ren have the appropriate clothing and footwear for the day. E.g. warm clothing, hat. We often get a bit messy when we get crafting so don’t wear your best party outfit.
Medical conditions: Caregivers must ensure that any medical conditions or allergies are disclosed on the Booking Form, and that adequate arrangements are in place to manage these. 10.Please notify us of any behavioural condition that we need to be aware of. 11.Health and Safety Emergencies: In an emergency situation where your child/ren needs medical attention, staff will ensure that every effort possible is made to get hold of the parents/caregivers/emergency contacts. If contact is unsuccessful, I authorise programme co-ordinators in the event of any accident or illness to my child, to take all such steps as may be necessary for the proper treatment and care of my child (as advised by a duly qualified and registered medical practitioner). 12. Parents/caregivers are expected to be able to collect their child at any time if they become unwell or are identified as a health risk to other children at our programme. 13.Programme co-ordinators will ensure that all children are provided with a health and safety briefing at the commencement of the Programme. 14.All children must comply with any notice or direction given by programme co-ordinators relating to the control, safe use, security and protection of the Facility. 15.Programme co-ordinators will not be liable and will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising (by way of accident, injury, theft or otherwise) suffered by any person resulting from visiting the facility, or otherwise participating in any activity at the facility, but every care will be taken.
